I don't normally put on music during such activities (that mixing-business-with-pleasure thing), but if I did, my playlist might look something like this (in no particular order):
Mahler: Symphony No. 3, last movement
R. Strauss: Der Rosenkavalier Suite
Mozart: Piano Concerto No. 21, 2nd mvmt.
R. Strauss: Four Last Songs
Wagner: Siegfried Idyll
Brahms: Violin Concerto, 2nd mvmt.
Wagner: Prelude and Liebestod from Tristan and Isolde
Falla: Nights in the Gardens of Spain
